TM44 Inspection of Air Conditioning Systems

If you have air conditioning systems with a cumulative cooling capacity of 12kW or more in your building, you are legally required to have a valid air conditioning inspection report and a certificate in place.

Air-conditioning systems in commercial premises require a TM44 inspection every five years to comply with legislation. If you fail to have your air conditioning systems inspected, you can receive a fine of £300.
